After facing the challenges of the Syrian war and the complexities of immigration, Ashraf’s journey has been one of resilience and personal growth.
These experiences ignited a deep desire to seek peace and healing, ultimately leading him to a profound connection with yoga and psychotherapy.
With a degree in psychotherapy from Berlin University and certifications in yoga from esteemed institutions in India and Thailand, Ashraf combines modern therapeutic methods with the ancient wisdom of yoga and mindfulness practices to offer a unique, holistic approach to healing.
Ashraf specializes in helping individuals manage stress, overcome anxiety and procrastination, and navigate life transitions. His goal is to guide clients toward clarity, emotional balance, and a fulfilling, purposeful life.
